It’s almost time!

July 7 will be here before we know it and my little sister is going to be MARRIED! May has seemed so far away for such a long time, and now it’s pretty much halfway over! What in the world?! This past weekend, I got to hang out with some of the most fabulous people in the world- the bridesmaids! I already knew most of them and felt like I already knew the rest of them. She picked the best bunch ever!!  April flew in from Wyoming as a surprise for Gretchen, and it was SO great to have her with us!!

We had an awesome dinner on Friday night, followed by cocktails and girlie hang out time, followed closely by bed time! We are not as young as we used to be! On Saturday, we had a leisurely breakfast, then showered Gretchen with unmentionables, shared some beautiful prayer time over her (and Shaun, too), then we headed out for a mini road trip! We drove about an hour to a gorgeous vineyard, had a little wine tasting, and then ate a picnic together. It was the perfect amount of quality time with these precious girls!

I’m always a little disappointed when I realize that I didn’t take as many pictures as I wish I had, but I’ve decided that it just means that we were enjoying being together and weren’t worrying about documenting every second!

Here are the lovely ladies… I can’t wait to spend more time with them!!
